The fruit for this wine was grown on the upper terrace at Askerne vineyard.
The grapes were hand harvested between 6th April and 23rd April 2009.
33% of the wine was fermented and aged on its lees for 9 months in French oak barriques.
40% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. The balance of the wine was fermented in tank.

richly textured Semillon.
An excellent accompaniment for seafood and white meats.
